Returns and Refunds

How cancellations work before dispatch
• You may cancel any order at any time before dispatch for a full refund.
• To cancel, email coffee@kindkick.com with your order number.

Your 14 day cooling off period for online purchases
• You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you wish to cancel.
• We accept returns of unopened bags in resalable condition with the seal intact.
• Opened coffee is not returnable unless faulty.
• After you email us to cancel, please return items within a further 14 days.

How to start a return
• Email contact@kindkick.com within 14 days of delivery.
• We will provide the correct return address by email.
• Pack items securely. Keep proof of posting.

Return postage and refunds
• For change of mind returns you pay the return postage.
• If goods are faulty or not as described we cover the return cost or provide a pre paid label.
• We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods or receiving evidence of return, whichever is earlier.
• Your statutory rights are not affected.
